GENERAL
Our floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, we may substitute them with suitable alternatives of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall design and quality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant substitutions.
All images on our website offer a representation of our floral designs. As floristry is an organic and natural business using raw materials, every arrangement is unique. The images should not be viewed as an exact replica of the bouquet you may receive.
DELIVERY
When placing an order, please ensure all details are correct. You will be prompted on the checkout page to provide the recipient’s full name, delivery address, postcode, and contact number. Any errors in the details provided may result in a delay or non-delivery, for which we cannot be held responsible.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide special instructions where necessary, such as access codes or preferred locations for leaving the flowers if the recipient is unavailable. If no instructions are provided and the recipient is not home, we may attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour, or in a safe place at our discretion. If no suitable location is available, a card will be left with instructions for collection or redelivery.
A signature may be required upon delivery. For deliveries to locations such as hospitals, hotels, and offices, a third-party signature will be accepted as proof of delivery. Please ensure that the recipient’s location allows flower deliveries, as we cannot be held responsible for refusals.
Delivery Schedule:
- We deliver Monday to Saturday.
- Same-day delivery is available for shop and phone orders only.
- Orders must be placed by 4 PM Monday to Friday for next-day delivery, and by 2 PM Saturday for Monday delivery.
Once delivery has been attempted and a card has been left, WILD ABOUT FLOWERS cannot be held responsible for redelivery or the condition of the flowers thereafter.
COLLECTION
We offer a Click & Collect service. Please select ‘Collection’ at checkout and specify the date and time required. Orders must be placed by 4 PM Monday to Friday for next-day collection, and by 2 PM Saturday for Monday collection. Collection is only available during our store opening hours.
CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. Data is stored securely and only used for order fulfilment, customer service, and marketing communications if you opt-in.
You have the right to request access to, amendment, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, please contact us at hello@wild-aboutflowers.co.uk.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards for online and phone orders. Payments can also be processed via PayPal. Orders will only be fulfilled once full payment has been received.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, we require at least 3 days’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations must be requested via telephone. Refunds will be processed through the original payment gateway. Orders cancelled after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
For Events & Supper Clubs:
Tickets for events and supper clubs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the exclusive nature of these experiences, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if your plans change. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers, with supporting photographs. Due to the perishable nature of our products, complaints received outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
All guests must be 16 years or older to attend workshops and 18 years or older to attend supper clubs, unless otherwise specified. Proof of age may be requested upon entry.
Health & Safety:
Events take place in our floral shop environment, where decorative elements such as flowers, candles, and glassware may be present. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should take care when moving around the space. If you have allergies to flowers or food ingredients, please notify us in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive or impacts the experience of others. In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
By attending, you consent to any photography or videography taken during the event being used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of the team on arrival.
SUPPER CLUBS
Dietary Requirements:
Dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that all allergens can be avoided.
Menu & Experience:
Our supper clubs are hosted in a floral setting, offering an immersive and intimate dining experience. The menu is set and will be revealed on the night for certain events, ensuring a unique experience for guests.
Health & Safety:
As supper clubs take place in our flower shop, guests should be mindful of their surroundings, including floral arrangements, candles, and decorative elements. If you have allergies or specific concerns, please notify us at the time of booking.
These terms are subject to change at our discretion.

MARKETING & OFFERS
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will send you exclusive promotions, updates, and event invitations. You can unsubscribe at any time. Occasionally, we may include offers from trusted partners, but we will never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Occasionally, we may run offers on selected products or services. Offers are redeemable on selected products and collections only. Offers and discount codes cannot be combined or transferred and are not redeemable on funeral or wedding orders.
